Tomorrow morning, barring unexpected urgent government business, the discussion of the Church becoming a religion in Italy is scheduled for debate in the Council of Ministers. This will occur according to the agenda at 1:30 AM Mountain Daylight Time. I am not sure if this is the final step, but it is the next NECESSARY step for the Church to be fully recognized as a religion. The following link can show you the official agenda:
